Ordering By E-Mail

Indicate which product you would like. Also provide your place (city, state and country), date, and time of birth and mail to . Also include the issues, if any, that you would like me to address if you are ordering one of the readings.

Include your name, complete mailing address, home phone number, number of copies you'd like, credit card type and number, name as it appears on credit card, and expiration date.

If you are uncomfortable sending all of your credit card information in one e-mail, you can send the first two groups of the numbers on the card with the online form or in a piece of e-mail. In a separate e-mail, send the rest of the card numbers and expiration date.

Call 541-318-0248 during business hours Pacific Time. I'm often in consultation, so leave a message with your place (city, state and country), date, and time of birth.

Please include your phone number and e-mail address in the message. And be sure to indicate the service that you want.

If you are ordering a life reading, indicate which issues, if any, you would like addressed in the reading.
